When you book with us, your 20% deposit is processed directly through Virgin, and you’ll receive a booking number shortly afterward. That booking number is your key to everything going forward.
How to Make Payments After Booking
Once your deposit is made and your booking number arrives, you can:
- Make additional payments through the Virgin Voyages app or VirginVoyages.com
- Pay as much or as little as you want, whenever you want
- Get reminders from both us and Virgin when final payment is due
Full payment is always due 120 days before your sail date, no matter how or when you booked.
How to Set Up Flex Pay
You do have the option to utilize Virgin’s financing option called Flex Pay,

- Call Virgin Voyages directly,
- Ask them to set up Flex Pay for your remaining balance.

Is There a Pay-in-Full Discount?
Yes, but only in specific cases.
Virgin Voyages offers a Pay In Full discount, but it’s only available for sailings that are at least one year away. So if you’re booking far in advance, definitely ask us to check if this option makes sense for you.
