In full transparency: I am NOT using AI and I am NOT hiring this out.

There are now several AI-written Virgin Voyages guides for sale online. Generated in an afternoon by people who have never set foot on the ship, and half of them are already wrong about gratuities.

This one is me. Over three dozen sailings, every page, every mistake I made so you don’t have to.

What changed in 2026 (and why that matters)

Virgin changed a lot last October, and most of what’s floating around online is now wrong.

Gratuities came out of the fare. They’re now about $20 to $22 per person, per day. On a 7-night sailing for two, that’s roughly $300 nobody warned you about.

Dining booking windows now depend on which fare you booked. Wifi does too. Razzle Dazzle isn’t Razzle Dazzle at dinner anymore, depending on your ship. Valiant has a brand new restaurant.

All of that is in this guide.

And here’s the part I care about most: buy it once, and every future update is free. I’m on these ships constantly. When Virgin changes something, I fix the guide and you get the new version. No upsell, no “2027 edition” you have to buy again.
